Positions

CANCER: A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Center for Systems Biology at University of Texas, Dallas. Projects will involve genetic/epigenetic (CNVs/SNPs, DNA methylations, etc.) signature/pattern discovery in cancer or drug-treatment case/control studies. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and be familiar with PERL/C/R in Linux environment. Basic training in microarray data analysis is required.

GENE REGULATION: A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Center for Systems Biology at University of Texas, Dallas. Project will involve predictive models of transcription, splicing and gene regulatory networks. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a quantitative field and be familiar with PERL/C/R in Linux environment. Basic training in computational biology (e.g. sequence and microarray analysis) is a big plus.
